  4. Welcome to PC World's Best of Star-Dot-Star tips and utilities,
  5. Volume 3. Use the STAR file viewer to examine the files on your
  6. diskette. To select a command, press <Cursor Up> and <Cursor Down>
  7. keys to move the selector bar to a category or command, and press
  8. <Enter>. Then, select the item you want to view and press P for a
  9. printout, or press <Esc> to return to the menu. You can then use the
  10. DOS COPY command to copy utility files from the directory A:\UTILS to
  11. your hard drive or to another diskette. You can also use the STAR
  12. program to view text files containing up to a maximum of 500
  13. 77-character lines. From the Main Menu, press V<Enter> and select a
  14. directory or file to view. To return to the Main Menu, press <Esc>
  15. one or more times. Then, to return to DOS, select the Quit command.
